The AC360-Z-V2 is made for exclusive use with Zoom Rooms video conferencing software.
The microphone's 12-capsules are accounted for and managed by Zoom Room's internal audio processing. Zoom Room's proprietary DSP automatically manages the sound sources to make for a seamless audio experience. You can learn more about Zoom Rooms here: https://zoom.us/zoomrooms
When attempting to utilize the AC-360-Z-V2 with a non-Zoom Rooms platform, users will not be able to take full advantage of the unit. Users will only be able to utilize a single side of the microphone at a time. If you are interested in other MXL solutions that are compatible with all conferencing platforms, check out the AC-44 or the AC-404.
